This newly redesigned restaurant, which was once an Italian restaurant, is part of a new wave of pop-up restaurants, which are restaurants that are only open for a short time. Amigos plans on sticking around until the end of summer, but until it closes owners Spencer Rothschild and Jeremy Wladis plan on making the experience as “authentic, fun, flavorful, and bold” as possible. With specialty drinks such as the Fish Bowl, a concoction of dark rum, light rum, pineapple juice, fruit punch, and schnapps, Il Cebreo is sure to be festive. Learn more here:
