Cacique celebrates 40th Anniversary by Pledging 100% of Food Truck Profits to the Hispanic Scholarship Fund

To celebrate its 40-year milestone, Cacique—which makes Hispanic cheeses, chorizos and creams—is partnering with the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF), the nation's largest not-for-profit organization supporting Hispanic higher education, to launch the Cacique® 40th Anniversary Food Truck initiative. From Sept. 25 – 27, the company’s food truck national tour will visit Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston and San Francisco, offering menu items made with Cacique products created by award-winning chef and Food Network star Aarón Sánchez.
