Make the Most of Mangos on Your Menu

The National Mango Board has debuted new education materials for professional chefs, culinary students and instructors. Fresh Mango—The Basics for Foodservice video and Fresh Mango Curriculum cover essentials from how mangos grow to how to maximize their menu versatility. The curriculum has been approved by the American Culinary Federation for 8.5 continuing education hours. The materials are available at mango.org/foodservice/culinary-education.
