| Juice of 1 lime | |||
| 1 | T. superfine sugar | ||
| 6 | mint leaves | ||
| 3 | oz. Bacardi Limon | ||
| 2 | oz. club soda | ||
| 1 | scoop ice | ||
| Lime juice and sugar (optional) | |||
| Lime slice, to garnish | |||

Combine the lime juice, superfine sugar, mint, rum, club soda and ice in a blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute. Rim martini glass with lime
juice and sugar. Pour into cocktail glass and garnish with lime slice.
