El Toro Blanco
Makes 4 cocktails
1-1/2 oz. best-quality tequila, preferably gold
1-1/2 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. heavy cream
In shaker half-filled with ice, combine the tequila, Kahlua and cream. Shake well. Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass. Serve immediately.
