El Toro Blanco
Makes 4 cocktails | |||
| 1-1/2 | oz. best-quality tequila, preferably gold | 1-1/2 | oz. Kahlua |
| 1 | oz. heavy cream |
In shaker half-filled with ice, combine the tequila, Kahlua and cream. Shake well. Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass. Serve immediately.
