| 2 | lbs. Hereford Cubed Beef (shredded) | ||||||
| 2 | envelopes taco seasoning mix, or your own taco seasoning | ||||||
| 12 | Tostadas | ||||||
| 12 | oz. nacho cheese sauce | ||||||
| 2 | tomatoes, chopped | ||||||
| 12 | oz. shredded cheddar or Hispanic cheese | ||||||
| 1 | c. salsa | ||||||
| Sour cream, for garnish | |||||||
Heat and season Hereford Beef with your taco seasoning. Spread each crisped tortilla with cheese sauce, top with meat mixture and lettuce. Top with tomato, cheese and salsa. Garnish with sour cream.
