El Huehuete

Ingredients

  • ½ oz Pasion Fruit syrup
  • 1 oz Ginger Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Orange Juice
  • ¼ oz Lime Juice
  • 1-1/2 oz Wahaka Mezcal Joven Espadin
  • ½ oz Tamarind pulp
  • 3 to 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Old Fashion glass.
  • Combine ingredients.
  • Shake and strain.
  • Pour into an iced or chilled salt rimmed cocktail glass with a couple of ice cubes.
  • Garnish with an orange slice.

Serves 1 cocktail.
