Pepino, meaning “cucumber” in Spanish, is muddled together with mint leaves and mixed with habanero lime juice, Sauza Blue tequila, triple sec and Squeeze to deliver a refreshing experience that tastes like its straight from the beaches of San Carlos.  

4 Cucumbers, Diced

3 Mint Leaves

2 oz Sauza Blue Tequila

1 oz Triple Sec

3/4 oz Monin Habanero Lime Juice

1-3/4 oz Margaritas House Made Margarita Mix


1.  Muddle the cucumbers and mint leaves in a pint glass.                                   

2.   Fill the pint glass with ice and add in Tequila, Triple Sec, Habanero Lime Juice and Margaritas Margarita Mix                 

3.   Shake well.                                   

4.   Sugar the rim of a margarita glass. Pour your margarita into the glass.                                    

5.   Garnish with a lime wheel.                                   

6.   Enjoy!
