A classic version of the Pisco Sour comes from Portón Pisco

1 ½ oz. Portón Pisco

½ oz. fresh lime juice

½ oz. simple syrup

¼ oz. egg white

1 dash Angostura® bitters

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain contents into a chilled glass. Add a dash of bitters.
